At R8 we offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and Evening Yoga

All equipment is supplied.

Rehabilitation Pilates run by our Exercise Physiologist / Clinical Pilates specialist Lee-Anne is also available.   Anyone on a GP care plan or using their health fund can book in with Lee-Anne. Private sessions and Semi-Private sessions offered. Come and see the studio and experience the difference in your life with our amazing Pilates instructors.

Pilates at Rejuven8HFC is separate to the 24/7 membership and class sizes will be limited to 7 for each Reformer class and 8 for Mat and Yoga classes. Waitlists will be offered. Bookings are essential.  Please use our online booking system.
