BARB – Owner/ Manager / Exercise Scientist
Owner Barb has always shown her interest in sport and exercise and competed in athletics throughout her childhood and netball as an adult. Barb has been working in the exercise and sport science industry in a variety of roles since 1999. After completing a Master of Science in 2005, it was lecturing in the area of exercise science that become her passion. However, the opportunity to start her own business was a dream come true.
Although Barb is still teaching at ECU, R8 is now her main focus and enjoys working with the local community. Barb enjoys ecouraging individuals to have a postive and healthy lifestyle and believes that exercise should not only be individualised, but fun! She also really loves mentoring University students throughout their practicum.

RAIS – Exercise Physiologist
Rais is an accredited Exercise Physiologist and graduate from Curtin University. At Rejuven8, he brings his passion for pediatric exercise to life through the Rejuven8 – Teen Home – Schooling program. With a focus on fun, engaging and client centred care, Rais is dedicated to making every session enjoyable and impactful. He ensures that our clients not only reach, but exceed their fitness aspirations. His approach combines professionalism with a caring, empathetic touch, making sure that each client receives personalised attention and support.

Xander – Exercise Physiologist
Xander has recently completed his bachelor of Exercise Physiology. He has been with us for since 2024 and we are excited to have him on as our 3rd Exercise physiologist in 2026. Xander enjoys creating fitness programs and helping others improve their health through fitness.

Lee-Anne – Exercise Physiologist
Lee-Anne is our senior Exercise Physiologist at Rejuven8 and has been an Exercise Physiologist since 2009 and has a passion for creating a positive and successful movement experience for every type of body in every stage of life. Lee-Anne has a Masters of Strength & Conditioning and is a Certified Practitioner of Pilates for Rehabilitation. Lee-Anne is a mother of two who enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family.

Julia – Exercise Scientist / Administrative Assistant
Julia has completed her degree in Exercise Science at Edith Cowan University. She was formally a practicum student at the clinic and she showed so much initiative, that we knew we couldn’t do without her.
She is currently in the office a few times a week doing administrative duties and helps the Exercise physiologist whenever she is needed.
Julia has worked in admin previously and is also certified to work with our clients .
Julia is also enrolled at University studying Exercise Physiology.

Krystal – Dietitian
Krystal is passionate about helping people build a healthier relationship with food through practical, personalised nutrition advice. She believes healthy eating should be realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable, not restrictive. Using a client-centred approach, Krystal supports individuals in achieving their health and wellbeing goals with strategies tailored to their lifestyle. She embraces the Intuitive Eating approach, helping clients move beyond dieting and develop lasting, healthy habits. She also has a strong interest in sports and performance nutrition, providing evidence-based guidance to support active lifestyles. Krystal’s goal is to empower every client with the confidence and knowledge to make informed, lifelong nutrition choices.
